PRE-ORDERS
Each pre-order item is assigned a unique estimated shipping timeframe.
All pre-orders will specify a specific timeframe for shipping.

When your order is ready to ship, we will send an email confirmation including a tracking number. Your pre-orders should be received within 7-10 business days from the expected shipping date, except during holiday and busy seasons for logistics.

IN-STOCK ITEMS
The processing period for items currently in stock typically ranges from 3-5 business days. Following the completion of the shipping process, a confirmation email featuring a tracking number will be sent out. International shipments are estimated to take around 7-10 business days.

Combining Orders
We are unable to assure combined shipments for orders, primarily because our products are often pre-ordered items with varying release dates.
As a result, we cannot ship all items from the same order together if it includes multiple items.
Most of our products are eligible for free shipping. If there is a shipping fee, it will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
To enhance tracking and management, especially if there are any issues during transit, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
